ONTOS is a center dedicated to helping the whole person on their life journey.  ONTOS is the Greek word for Being - and being refers to the wholeness  we already are.  When we connect to our wholeness we discover our own truth, authenticity and healing capacity within ourselves. We do this by helping you tell your story, find your voice and discover your individual and unique calling.  Often this involves healing individual, family and cultural wounds and exploring your relationship with yourself, others, the natural world and your spirituality.  This is a process that awakens our genuineness, opens the heart and helps you feel the true gift of loving and belonging to your own unique and precious life.
